Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. All orders are processed immediately. Please double-check all order details before placing your purchase. For assistance, email us at support@truebee.store.
Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery (as per the tracking number) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
𖤜 The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
𖤜 Proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, email us at support@truebee.store.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the item. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
𖤜 Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
𖤜 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
𖤜 For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for returned items until they are received and confirmed delivered.
Restocking Fee
All returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
(You will receive 85% of the subtotal value of the order.)
Incorrect Address Policy
𖤜 Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
𖤜 We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
𖤜 If your package is returned for this reason, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss
All orders placed through TrueBee are subject to a shipment contract.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking shows as delivered.
General Information
𖤜 We do not offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing.
𖤜 Reshipments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions follow the same return and shipping policies as regular orders.
To cancel a subscription:
𖤜 You must cancel before the renewal date by clicking the “Manage Subscription” link in any subscription email, or
𖤜 Email support@truebee.store with your order number and cancellation request.
If cancellation is requested after the renewal, the current order will still ship, but future ones can be canceled.
Free Gifts
Please note: We often run special promotions that include complimentary gifts as a thank-you to our customers. Each order is eligible for one free gift. While our system may occasionally allow more than one to be added to your cart, only one will be fulfilled per order in line with our store policy. We appreciate your understanding and fairness in helping us continue these offers for everyone.
